400 large-scale dynamic checkweighers
Product Overview
These two machines are automatic checkweighers, primarily used for dynamic weight detection, weight sorting, and automatic rejection of defective products in production lines. They are commonly found in packaging lines in the food, pharmaceutical, and daily chemical industries.
JZ540: Suitable for materials ≤3kg, with a narrower accuracy range (±2g~±5g), ideal for small to medium-sized products requiring high weight accuracy.
JZ640: Can handle up to 10kg, with a faster output speed (≤50pcs/min), suitable for heavier or bulker products; the machine size is correspondingly larger.
Both are made of SUS304 stainless steel, meeting food-grade hygiene standards. They also support flexible operating directions and multiple rejection methods to adapt to different production line layouts.
